Twenty-three people were shot, two of them fatally, Friday into Saturday night in   Mayor Lori Lightfoot’s (D) Chicago.     ABC 7 /   Chicago Sun-Times   reports  one fatal attack occurred Friday night, leaving a 28-year-old woman dead and a man and a 15-year-old boy injured.
